Mora of Sweden Mora Steak Design: Mårten Cyrén & Mathias Dahlgren For: Mora of Sweden Year: 2007 Mathias Dahlgren needed a meat knife to his restaurant in Grand Hotel. The idea was to make use of something distinctly Swedish, something most swedes recognize, and adapt to the need. We chose to work with the Mora knife.
